Southern Autos needed a new site and a major facility upgrade. RAWA was engaged to identify and secure the property, manage the purchase and tenant exit, and oversee delivery of a new showroom, wash bay, and expanded yard. We managed every stage of this complex redevelopment on a constrained urban site, with zero disruption and full compliance.
The site presented multiple challenges — including ground remediation due to its past life as a petrol station, extensive retaining works, and residential neighbours nearby. Construction progressed smoothly, with dealership operations continuing throughout and no complaints from the community.
