Kestrel Place, Glen Innes
High-quality intensification and urban design for Tāmaki Regeneration Programme
Tāmaki Regeneration Programme’s new community has a focus on 71 social and private homes.
Kestrel Place is the perfect example of how high-quality intensification creates thriving, sustainable communities. An initiative from the Tāmaki Regeneration Programme, the development includes two and three-story duplexes, terraces and standalone homes. RAWA ensured each was warm, dry and sustainable with uncompromising build quality.
Next to the Wai O Taiki Nature Reserve and with views of Half-Moon Bay and Buckland’s Beach, Kestrel Place has the feel of a coastal village, just 12km from Auckland’s CBD.
